Veggie "Rice" Patties

Ingredients
1 tbsp mayonnaise or Miracle Whip1 egg, beaten1 cup Veggie "Rice" (see link)2 tbsp flax meal2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated1/4 tsp garlic powder or 1 small clove, minced1 tbsp onion, dicedS & P to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Heat a skillet over medium-medium high heat, spray with cooking spray or add a little oil. Drop mixture onto hot skillet and form into patties. Fry for a few minutes on each side or until evenly browned and cooked through.
