3-1/2 Cups - Okra, Washed, Dried & Tops Removed2 Tbsp - Olive OilSalt - To TasteIndian Spices - To Taste
Directions
Heat oil, add okra, saute on medium heat for 10 minutes, lower heat, cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add salt and spices to taste.
