Healthy Pancakes for My Kids

Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour1/2 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp baking powder1 1/2 tsp sugar1 egg, large1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1 cup milk1 tbsp oil
Directions
Sift or whisk dry ingredients together. Combine all liquids (I use a shaker) and add to dry ingredients, stirring to mix well. Let set for 10 minutes. Cook on 360-375 degree griddle until browned.
