Tuna Fish Patties

Ingredients
2 Cans Tuna Fish1 small onion, diced2 medium carrots, diced1 large egg1/4 cup (eyeballed) breadcrumbs (more or less up to you)Franks RedHot Sauce (how much you want, couple of dashes if you're not sure)1 dash pepper2-4 teaspoons oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients (except oil) in a bowl with your hands
- Form into 4-6 patties
- Heat some oil in a non-stick pan, cook patties until browned
- Flip them over, add more oil if necessary, cook this side until browned

Serving Size: Makes between 4-6 patties
