Fruit smootie

Ingredients
frozen fruit, frozen yogurt, milk may substitute milk for juice
Directions
take a table spoon of yogurt in each space and freeze it in a muffin pan or icecube tray take it out of chosen tray and add it to the bag of fruit i put a cup and a half of frozen fruit in each bag. when you are ready for a smoothie take a bag out of the freezer put it in the blender add a little of milk or juice and blend and then drink
