Ingredients
4 oz cream cheese8 oz mozzeralla chese plus 1 cup mozzeralla or other2 large eggs5 oz pizza sauceany other toppings you want
Directions
Blend with a mixer Cream cheese, eggs,mozzerlla and parm cheese... Reserve one cup of the mozzerella to top the pizza with... On a cookie sheet lined with Parchment paper spread out the cheese mixture. Bake at 375 for 20 mins until slightly browned... let cool completley. Then top with sauce toppings and the rest of the cheese bake at 375 for another 10 mins or untill the cheese is melted and edges are browned
