Simple and Quick Salsa Chili by Claire

Ingredients
8 oz of ground beef2 cans of kidney beans5 cups of chunky salsa1.5 to 2 cups of waterchili powder (to taste)Ms Dash Southwest Chipolte seasoning (to taste)
Directions
brown beef in super large fry pan with lid
add 2 cans of kidney beans
add 5 cups of chunky salsa
add up to 2 cups water until desired thickness (water will be absorbed some)
add chili powder and Ms Dash Southwest Chipolte seasoning to taste

Bring to a boil and then simmer on low heat.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings 1.5-cup servings
