Tuna Penne bake

Ingredients
1 can white tuna in water1 cup cooked whole wheat pasta6 artichoke hearts (canned) chopped1/2 c garbanzos or chick peas5 sun dried tomatoes, sliced1/4-1/2 cup prepared marinara saucesalt and pepperdried oreganoabout 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth for moisture2 tbsp ground flaxseed
Directions
mix everything in small casserole dish and bake for about 30mins on 450 to heat and crisp everything. I covered it with foil. If you like it spicy, you can add chili powder and/or turmeric, paprika and cumin.
