Ingredients
One 12.5 oz canned chicken breast in water1/2 a fresh apple, peeled and chopped1/2 an onion, chopped1/2 a cup of walnuts, chopped3 tbsp light mayonnaise1 tbsp yellow mustard1 tbsp regular/cider vinegarsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Drain chicken from can and mix all ingredients in a bowl.
