Ginger and Lime Marinade

Ingredients
Directions
Fresh Lime Juice {1-2 limes depending on how juicy}Grated GingerYour choice of Fish, Boneless skinless chicken or lean cut of Red meat
Mix all marinade ingredients in a large shallow dish.
Add protein of choice. Toss lightly to cover.
Cover dish tightly and refrigerate for 15 minutes or overnight.
Remove meat from marinade and cook on grill, broil or in non stick pan with Pam.
Note:
The marinade freezes well with protein. Fresh Ginger keeps well in freezer also. No need to peal, just grate. if marinade is frozen with protein, no need to thaw, put in pan & crack lid or slide in oven. No measurements per say, enough to coat.
