Egg white turkey scramble (mushroom & onion)

Ingredients
3-4 eggs - Egg whitesapprox 1 cup - Ground turkey3/4 cup - Mushrooms, sliced1/2 cup- Onion, chopped1/4 cup- shredded low fat cheese
Directions
- cook ground turkey in a separate pan, before you begin cooking the eggs
- pour egg whites into another pan with mushrooms and onion and begin to cook.
- put in meat and cheese when eggs start to thicken
- may season with some spices or add salsa after for some extra flavor.

Serving Size: May make approx 2 cups?
