Ingredients
One ripe avocado, cubedOne large, ripe juicy orange, cut into small pieces (with pith removed), make sure to keep all of the juice!a big handful of fresh cilantro, chopped up5-6 mint leaves, chopped up3/4 to 1 cup cooled, cooked bulgar wheat (add more or less to taste)mix all of them together and voila! squeeze a bit of lime juice or orange juice on top if it's dry (or add less bulgar wheat)
