Chicken Teriyaki-Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
Chicken Drumstick, 4 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch (remove)*Zucchinni 1 cup raw chopped with skin, 1 cup (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, sliced (remove)Teriyaki Sauce (1 tbsp), 4 packet (remove)Garlic, .5 tsp (remove)*Canola Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Chow Mein Noodles, 2 cup (remove)
Directions
Use four broiled seasoned with salt and pepper broiled chicken drumsticks. Stir fry each vegetable separately. Add all ingredients but the La Choy Chow Mein Noodles to the water and Teriyaki sauce. Simmer for five minutes until the sauce boils and the vegetables are mixed well together and in the sauce.

Serving Size: Makes four servings of one drum stick, vegetables, and half cup Chow Mein Noodles.
