8 Chicken Breast2c Chopped Celery2c Chopped Onion4tbs Fresh Cilantro2tbs Chili PowderCumin to taste
Directions
Either boil or sear chicken. Chop to desired consistency. Chop celery, onion and cilantro. Add chili powder and cumin. Cook on low in crock pot for 4 hours.
