Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
1 Head of Cauliflower1 Medium Onion4 Tbs Butter 5 Cups Chicke Stock1 Can Tomato Sauce
Directions
Chop Onion and cauliflower in to medium size pieces. Melt butter to large stock pot over medium heat. Add cauliflower and onion, sautee 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Add chicken stock and tomato sauce, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Mash slightly with potato masher and serve.
