beef and veggie burrito

Ingredients
Ingredients:Flour Tortillas, 1 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia)Beef, eye of round, 1.5 oz Goat Cheese, Soft, 1 oz La Victoria Salsa Picante, Medium, 2 tbsp *Green Chili Peppers, canned, .2 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 tbsp *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 tbsp Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 2 strips Sweet peppers (bell), 1 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped Red Pepper 2 shakes (optioonal)
Directions
I slow cooked the end roast and then shredded it days before. Use any roast meat (leftover). I ground it up in a food processor and then added the chopped vegtables, mixed them all together, placed the ingredients on the tortilla added the cheese and folded, then microwaved for 1-2 minutes
