*Simply Organic Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp(remove)*agave (organic raw blue agave syrup - dark), 1 tbsp(remove)Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz)(remove)*Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds, 8 tbsp(remove)
put hemp hearts into a blender with 3 cups of water and blend until smooth. put mixture into a nut milk bag and put bag into a strainer over top of a bowl and let the liquid strain through until the pulp all that's left in the nut milk bag. (Do not squeeze milk bag as the pulp will squish through. add remaining 3 cups of water with 1/8 tsp of salt, vanilla and agave stir well and put into a glass container and keep in the fridge.
