Coconut Yogurt

Ingredients
*Coconut Water (Fresh from Young coconuts), 1.5 cup(remove)young thai coconuts, 3 serving(remove)acidopholus capsules
Directions
crack coconuts open and empty water into a bowl and reserve it for mixing with meat. Scrap out the white coconut meat inside ensuring that none of the brown bark comes with it - rinse of with water. Put the meat and coconut water into a high speed blender (vita mix) and add the powder from the acidophuls capsules and blend until smooth. Pour into glass jars and seal with lids wrap with a tea towel and put somewhere warm for 4-6 hours so the yogurt can ferment. ( I put the heat on in my oven until it's warm and then turn it off and then put the jars into the oven)
