CLEAN Warm Salmon and Asparagus Salad

2 5-oz fillet salmon20 spears asparagus2 cups arugula or greens Cooking sprayJuice of 1/2 lemonPesto:1 cup basil1/8 cup pine nuts1/8 cup olive oil1 clove garlicOPTIONAL: add small amount of water for desired consistency.
1. Combine all pesto ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
2. Brush asparagus and salmon with a very small amount of cooking spray. Season salmon with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
3. (NOTE: If you do not have access to a grill, use the oven's broiler instead). Grill asparagus for 2 minutes on each side. Then, grill salmon for 3 minutes on each side.
4. Toss greens with lemon juice. Arrange on plate; top with asparagus and salmon, then drizzle with pesto.
