1 pkg hash browns (no fat added)1 8 oz. container light sour cream1/2 cup fat free milk2 T green olives6 T bacon bits1 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese green onions, chopped (optional)
Spray casserole dish with non stick cooking spray. Place hash browns in a large casserole dish (10x13). Add milk and sour cream. Stir. Top with olives, bacon bits, and cheese. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes.
