Ingredients
Ingredients:Ginger Root, 1 tspLemons, 1 fruit without seeds thinly slicedCuccumber, 1.0 cup (1 medium size) thinly slicedSpearmint, 1 tsp (fresh prefered but dry is okay)Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz) (Filtered tap)
Directions
Shred fresh ginger root and place in water container. Then thinly slice lemon and deseed and place in container. Peel and thinly slice cuccumber and place in container. Pull off enough mint leaves and coarsely chop and put in container. Add your 2 liter of cold water and stir or shake which every you can do safely. Place in frig and drink in place of straight water.
