Ingredients
1 cup honey2 cups whole wheat flour3/4 cup cocoa1 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. cinnamon2 egg white2 whole eggs1 cup apple sauce3 cups grated peeled zucchini1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. In a large measuring cup mix wet ingredients and add in grated zucchini. Add wet ingredients to dry and cook at 350F for 18-20 minutes. Makes 24 cupcakes.
