Quinoa porridge with apples, raisins & pecans

Ingredients
1/2 cup dry quinoa1 cup water1 gala apple, peeled and chopped2 miniature boxes raisins2 Tbsp chopped pecans1 Tbsp cinnamon sugar (1/2 white sugar, 1/2 ground cinnamon)
Directions
mix quinoa and water and bring to a boil.
add chopped apple and raisins.
reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, add pecans and cinnamon sugar, stir and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
serve and enjoy!
