Ingredients
1 lb ground beef2 cups prepared mashed potatoes1 can sweet peas, drained (you can also use corn, carrots, or any other vegis desired)3 slices american cheese1 cup brown gravy
Directions
Brown ground beef, mix in 1 cup brown gravy and 1 can drained peas in a 9x9 baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes over the mixture and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for approx 30 minutes until cheese starts to melt or brown.
