Lo Carb 'Bread

Ingredients
2 eggs1/4 t cream of tartar3 T 4% cottage cheese1 packet sugar substitute
Directions
1. Mix cottage cheese, egg yolk, and sugar substitute in small bowl
2. Whip whites and tartar until soft peaks form.
3. Fold egg yold mixture into whites - do not overblend.
4. Bake at 350 until lightly brown.
