Ingredients
2-3 Ripe Roma Tomatoes, diced1 Medium Onion, diced2-3 Garlic Cloves, minced1 Tbls of Fresh Cilantro, chopped1 tsp of Fresh Lime Juice1 Tbls of V8 Tomatoe Juice, Low SodiumSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Prep all ingredients as listed. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Serve immediately.
