English Muffin with Over Easy Eggs and Salsa

Ingredients
One light English muffinTwo fresh eggsFour tablespoons Sam's Club Fresh Salsa
Directions
Put your English muffins in the toaster. While they're toasting, heat a nonstick pan on medium then add your two eggs, being sure not to puncture the yolks. Cook eggs until white is no longer runny but yolk is not set. Place one cooked egg on each half on your toasted English muffin then top with the salsa.
