Dinner's Salad

Ingredients
3 cups of lettuce roughly chopped1 small - medium tomato, cut into wedges1/3 of a green or Lebanese cucumber, sliced1 medium to large mushroom, chopped1 medium Spanish onion, diced or chopped60g (1/4 of a can) of tinned red kidney beans60g (1/4 of a can) of tinned lentils78g (1/4 of a can) of tinned corn kernelsdrizzle of French salad dressing to taste
Directions
Combine in a bowl and mix thoroughly - best served immediately.
