Salsa Chicken Tortillas

Ingredients
2 cups shredded chicken3 TBSP light cream cheese1/2 cup salsa1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese8 8-inch corn tortillas
Directions
In medium sauce pan, combine chicken, cream cheese, and salsa, stirring until cheese is melted, over medium-low heat. Spoon 1/4 cup of chicken mixture into each tortilla, topping with 1 TBSP shredded cheese. Roll tortilla up, securing with a toothpick, if you so desire.

Serving Size: makes 8 servings (one tortilla each)
