1 lb lean ground beef1 box of Velveeta Shells and Cheese1/2 cup of light sour cream1 package Taco Seasoning1 Cup Fat Free Cheese
Cook the Velveeta mac and cheese dinner according to box directions. Once done, add 1/2 cup of sour cream to the mac n cheese mixture. Brown meat w/taco seasoning according to directions. Add Mac n Cheese to square baking dish. Cover with 1/2 of the cooked ground meat. Cover meat with shredded cheese. Repeat (mac n cheese, meat, cheese). Bake on 300 until cheese melts (b/c everything's already cooked). When you take it out you can add salsa to taste, if you want.
