Spicy White Bean and Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1lb 99% fat free ground turkey breast 1-1/2 c chopped onion1 jalapeņo, remove half of seeds and stems and chop1-15.5 oz can cannelini beans1- 10 oz can Rotel with lime juice and cilantro1 - c lower sodium chicken broth1 - tbl olive oil 1 - tsp chili powder1 - tsp cumin1 - tsp salt
Directions
Spray a large stainless steel pan with cooking spray. Brown the turkey breast, remove and set aside when almost cooked through.

Add the olive oil to the pan and cook onions until tender. Add beans, rotel, jalapeņos and spices. Add in cooked turkey. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

Serving Size: Makes 4 healthy servings (about 1.5 cups each)
