Canadian Banana - Coffee Cake

2 tbsp flour2 tbsp rolled oats1/4 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp baking powder1 medium overripe banana1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar1 tbsp canola oil1 tbsp water1 tsp vanilla1 tbsp chopped pecans2 "fun size" Coffee Crisp bars (16g each), chopped
Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a 4" pan with baking spray and set aside.
Combine flour, oats, baking soda and baking powder in a small bowl.
Separately, mash the banana with the brown sugar, oil, water and vanilla.
Gently stir the banana mixture into the dry ingredients and fold in the pecans and chocolate pieces.
Bake for 20 minutes and cool completely on a wire rack.
