Good Cookies

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups almond flour (plus a tablespoon or 2 more if needed, to get texture just right)1/2 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp baking soda1/3 cup peanut butter1/2 cup butter1/2 cup agave nectar1 Tbsp vanilla extractchocolate chips, optional (not included in nutrition info)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F Line baking sheets with parchment paper. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In smaller bowl, combine wet ingredients and mix until blended. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Add chocolate chips if desired. Drop by tablespoons onto cookie sheets. Or roll into 1" balls, then flatten with a fork, to make them look like peanut butter cookies. Bake 8-11 minutes until lightly golden. Cookies are fluffy on top when they come out. Cool for 15-20 minutes to let them set.
