*Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cupSalt, 1 tspBaking Soda, 1.5 tspCocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1/3 cupGranulated Sugar, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large*Corn Oil, 1/2 cupVanilla Extract, 1 tspZucchini, 2 cup, peeled and gratedWalnuts, 1/2 cup, chopped
preheat oven to 350 F and grease a 9x13 in pan
1. mix all the dry ingredients together
2. then mix all the wet ingredients together including zucchini
3. Mix the wet into the dry may need to let it set for a minute so the zucchini starts moistening the dry.
4. add the walnuts
5. poor into pan and cook for 20 mins
