Salmon Patties

Ingredients
Clean caned salmon first. In large bowl combine 2 cans of salmon, 3 medium eggs, 1/3 c. bread crumbs, 1/4 c. onion and 1/2 c celery. Mix and season to taste. In large skillet (coated with cooking spray) cook 4 minutes each side until browned and cooked thoroughly.
