Low Carb Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Bars

Ingredients
1/2 cup Protein powder (I used vanilla)1/4 cup Peanut flour (or PB 2) 1/2 tsp Baking powder1/4 tsp Salt2 tbs Applesauce, unsweetened 1/4 cup Blue Diamond unsweetened Almond/Coconut Milk1/4 cup Egg whites (4 large egg whites)4-5 Packets stevia (or to taste, OR sweetener of choice to taste) or 30 drops of the liquid variety1/4 cup Low sugar/ No sugar added strawberry jelly or jam
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.Place all of the ingredients in a bowl, (except for the strawberry jelly), and whisk until everything is well combined. Pour batter into prepared baking pan. Drop jelly over the top of the batter, and swirl into batter.Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until protein bars are set. Cut into 8 bars and enjoy!
