Lemon garlic pork tenderloin

Ingredients
1LB Pork Tenderloin1 Garlic cloveJuice from 1 Lemon1 cp Mushrooms sliced1/2 cp Onions sliced1 tbsp Butter1 tsp Splenda1 tsp Olive Oil1 cp White Wine1tbsp flour mixed with water to make paste
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Place pork in a bowl for marinading Drizzle pork with oil, slice garlic and place on top of pork. Pour lemon juice and wine over the pork. Add mushrooms and place in fridge to marinade atleast 30 mins. When ready to cook melt butter in saute pan add onions until soft add splenda to caramelize. Place pork in baking pan with all the marinade, place onions on top of pork and bake 45 mins-1 hour. When finished add juices, mushrooms and onion back to saute pan bring to boil and slowly stir in flour paste to make a gravy. Serve ove rice or pasta for additional cals...

    I think I made it wrong... it was so wine-y that all the other flavors really didn't come through. I might try it again, maybe using the half the wine or none at all. - 2/6/08
