Peanut Butter and Oat Granola Bites

Ingredients
3/4 cup rolled oats2 Tbsp unsalted, roasted sunflower seeds2 Tbsp pistachios, chopped1/4 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped1/4 cup dried blueberries, roughly chopped2 Tbsp ground flaxseed1/2 tsp kosher salt1/2 cup creamy peanut butter1/4 cup chunky peanut butter1 Tbsp honey1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, making sure to evenly distribute all ingredients.
Roll into 12 balls.
Chill in refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving. Store in airtight container up to 2 weeks.
