Grilled Radicchio

Ingredients
Radicchio, 2 heads, quarteredOlive Oil, 2 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 dashbalsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoon
Directions
Rinse the radicchio. Quarter, leaving stem/heart on. Arrange on a plate or cookie sheet cut-side up.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil.

Grill over medium-high heat on each cut side until outer leaves are starting to blacken. The inside should be hot and tender, the outside crispy and delicious.

To serve, drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

Serving Size: This recipe makes 4 servings of a 1/2 head each
