Ingredients
1/2 cup of Dannon light and fit vanilla yogurt1/2 cup frozen mixed berries1 scoop of Premium Whey Protein Powder3-4 ice cubesVariation-my fiance adds a little milk or any of his favorite juice to thin it out a little. I prefer thick shakes.
Directions
Mix all ingredients togeter in a blender- I like the magic bullet myself. Start the mixer and mix until desired consistancy. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
