Chicken Breaded and Baked

Ingredients
12 oz. of boneless skinless chickenItalian seasons bread crumbs1 eggsaltpepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350
whip up an egg with a titch of water
put the bread crumbs, salt and pepper in a bag
cut the chicken into 2-3 inch strips
cover the chicken, one at a time, in the egg and then
close the bag and shake
lay the chicken down on an ungreased baking dish
cook for 12-15 minutes
cut to make sure the inside is not pink.
Serve!
