Quick Baggie Potatoes and Onions

Ingredients
Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)Garlic, 1 clove Butter, 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 0.25 tsp
Directions
Just cube the onion and potatoes and throw them in the bag with the butter and Mrs. Dash or I also use Everglades Seasoning.
Use garlic press or finely chop garlic and add it to bag.

Steam for 4 to 5 mins depending on the type of potatoes you use and how big the cubes are.
