1 pound xlean ground beef1 cup chopped (julienne) onions1 cup chopped (julienne) celery2 cup chopped (julienne) carrots2 cups sliced mushrooms6 cups bean sproutsgarlic (optional)light soy sauce (optional to taste)Chow mein sauce mix (optional - follow directions)
In non-stick pan, stirfry ground beef with onions, chopped onions, celery, carrots, mushrooms and garlic until ground beef is completely cooked. Add soy sauce and bean sprouts, stir just until blended and bean sprouts a bit wilted (just a few minutes), add chow mein sauce mix... sauce should thicken immediately... ready to serve... Can be served with rice.
