General Tso's chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch Water chestnuts, 0.5 cup slices Onions, raw, .5 cup, choppedGranulated Sugar, .25 cup *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp General Tso's seasoning packet, 4 serving Water, tap, .75 cup (8 fl oz) *Flour, white, .25 cup
Directions
Stir fry veggies, cut up chicken into small pieces and dredge in flour. Remove veggies from wok and stir-fry chicken in 2T oil. When browned and done, add veggies back in. Mix sauce pkt, water, soy sauce, and sugar together and pour into wok. Stir till thick and bubbly and remove and serve.

    It didn't taste exactly like my regular takeout, but that's probably due to the seasoning packet I bought. Even though it wasn't the same, it was still great tasting! - 1/28/08
