Fruit and Veggies Smoothie 1

Ingredients
1 container plain chobani greek yogurt1/3c. baby carrots1 c. fresh kale ripped up1/4 c. baby spinach ripped up6 medium strawberries (frozen from fresh)1/2 c. blueberries (frozen from fresh)1 mango (flesh only)1.5 c. almond milk 1 large apple (cored, not peeled)
Directions
put all ingredients in blender and liquefy. I had to put what would fit (including liquids), then blend, then add the rest and blend again.
