Easy Meatloaf

Ingredients
4 tbsp minced onion 2 serving 1 Organic Egg 3 serving Bread-Ezekiel Low Sodium Bread 24 oz Ground beef, lean 16 oz Ground Pork 4 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl combine eggs, beef, pork, bread that's been chopped into pieces, & minced onion. Once it's mixed add the cream and form a loaf. Spray a 9" square baking dish and place the loaf in it. Cover it with water and bake for 2 hours.
