Smoked Chicken Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
Hillshire Farm - Chicken Hardwood Smoked Sausage, 14 oz (remove)Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)*Potato, raw, 1.5 cup diced (remove)Cauliflower, raw, 6 cup (remove)Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 3 oz (remove)*Flour, white, .125 cup (remove)I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 2 serving (remove)Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cup (remove)Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)Water, tap, .50 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Dry Mustard, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic powder, .50 tsp (remove)*Kosher Salt, .50 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)Pepper, red or cayenne, .08 tsp (removekikkoman panko crumbs, .25 cup (remove)
Directions
fill a stock pot with a little water and add the cauliflower and diced potato steam til just barely soft drain and place in 13x9x2 pan which has been sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray. add the broth water and milk to the same pan and heat up do not boil.

melt butter in saute pan add onion and sausage cook til onions soft sprinkle with flour stir for 2 minutes add the hot liquid and all the seasonings. stir and keep on low until slightly thickened.

Pour the sausage mixture over the cauliflower potato mixture and stir to combine sprinkle with shredded cheese and stir to combine
sprinkle with panko crumbs and spray with cooking spray

bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes
bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes
bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes
