JD's Low Carb/ High Protein Turkey Meatloaf Muffins

Ground Turkey Extra Lean -2 lbsEggbeaters - 1/2 cupDiced tomatoes - 1/2 cupGreen/Red/Yellow Bell Peppers - 1.5 cupGrated Carrots - 1/2 cupMinced Garlic - 3 clovesWorcester Sauce - 6 tspGround Flaxseed - 6 tblspLipton Onion Soup Mix - 1 pkgOatmeal - 1 cup
Mix all ingredients except the oatmeal.
Add 1/2c of oatmeal at a time testing the consistancy of the mixture after each mix in and stop when the mixture sticks to itself instead of your hands.
Pre-heat oven to 400
Spray muffin pan liberally.
Fill each cup with mixture
Bake for 20 - 30 minutes (should be cooked thoroughly after the first 20 min, the rest depends on how "browned" you like your meatloaf)
Eat "Em!
