1 medium banana, peeled and quartered1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries (I prefer fresh when they're in season!)1 c. kale, chopped and deveinedAbout half a cucumber, peeled and sliced8 oz. plain low- or non-fat yogurt (I love Greek yogurt the best!)4 oz. skim milkFew ice cubes
peel and chop banana and cucumber
tear apart kale and take out "veins"
remove any stems from blueberries
mix all ingredients together and blend on liquefy in your blender!
