1 Can Salmon2 beaten eggsCrushed Pork Rinds(about 10)
Directions
Do not drain salmon, remove bones.
Mix in eggs and pork rinds, adding more crushed rinds if needed.
Shape into 8 patties.
Fry in olive oil both sides about 5 min. on each side.
